"The is roomy and very clean upon arrival. Nice amenities in bathrooms. Plenty of clean, good towels. We enjoyed the trip. One of the patio ceiling fans was too noisy but we were unable to stop it without stopping the other fan getting turned off too. We adapted. Had a great time. Weather was perfect too. "

We all enjoyed the spacious living room, nice-sized kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. We had to clean the outdoor areas. Very dirty. The frig door was full of used itemd. Pots and pans old, grungy and unusable."

"Very well appointed, clean comfortable. Nice outdoor deck plenty of hot water for showers etc. great hosts. Everything you might need is there. Didn’t use hot tub, but looked inviting. We had 2 pickups and 2 boats,we had to be creative with parking. Hosts offered alternatives to accommodate us. Great for couples with kids. Bunk beds in second bedroom but we made them work. We are all in our 70’s. It was a good stay! "

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! Definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting brownwood! "

"The property was a seemingly pretty new doublewide trailer with easy access to a lake with a dock for fishing. There was a nice back porch for eating meals. We were able to drive into Brownwood for a fantastic dinner at a restaurant called the Turtle, I believe. Should be checked out. The food was excellent. We had a great time."
