"Great hotel in front of nile river. The reception was amazing and helpful. Very high security protection which makes you feel safe. Room and bed were very comfortable. Good value for the money. The only downside is that the majority of the customers are from Arab gulf countries which - in my opinion- have some behavioural issues which can makes someone uncomfortable next to them. Other than that, it’s a lovely place and will definitely recommend it "

"This hotel is awesome, everything is nice from the rooms that is clean all the time and Zainab do a wonderful job cleaning the rooms and she is friendly also Mr Ahmad very friendly and always asks me if I want something extra, honestly the staff is number one also the open buffet is amazing lots of choices and the pool area and garden are wonderful I stayed there 21 days and they make you feel home ☺️"
