Clean and well presented cabin, shared bathrooms were clean and inviting, kitchen was well maintained and felt clean, and the grounds were beautiful. "Had a comfortable 3 night stay here. Room was spacious. Friendly reception helped us out when we accidentally put something important in the bin. Location close to a range of eating venues and Hagley Park. We walked from here into the city centre and botanic gardens. Room very clean. Would stay here again. "

"We stayed at a wheelchair accessible room for a night with Golden Hotel, although we initially written a request for no wheelchair accessible room. When we asked for a change of room, we were told the rooms are fully booked, perhaps due to the Chinese golden week. The area is pretty much accessible, just a few mins drive to nearby mall, supermarket, asian mart. The carpark can be a bit of limited space. "
