"Wonderful as usual!! Except, I showed up one hour before check-in and the person at the reception desk made me wait the hour instead of checking to see if the room was available. It hasn't a matter of cleaning or it not being ready she was completely inflexible. I found this to be an odd way to treat a guest. First time this happened to me at this hotel.
