The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "

There is also a pool for those who don't want sand between their toes! The unit was well stocked and had everything you would need to cook a meal. I hope to come back to Emerald Isle!"

"Overall good place. The picture showed balcony ocean view and my impression from description was a private balcony. You can see the ocean but have to go to the back of building. There’s only one little closet to put your clothes which we did not used because it is also where the cleaning supplies go so I did not feel good about that. Bathroom could have used a better cleaning and is very important to have a full length mirror. The hosts were very communicative and clear on check in and out...

"The best part was the location. So close to the beach and accessible to those who have difficulties with stairs"

"We stayed five nights in Emerald Isle with five adults and one 6-year-old and this home was ideal for our needs. The space was open, clean, and comfortable; the layout allowed semi-private spaces for everyone; the public beach access is only a short walk down the street; and the kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cookware. We would certainly stay here again next time we are in the area!"

"If you have a large group do not look any further. Book this house! 5 of the bedrooms all have incredible views and each bedroom having it's own bathroom is hard to find in VRBO homes! Note: the basement has one bath to serve the two king bedrooms and bunk room, but if it's kids/teens/there was no issue. This house is truly perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with enough service for the number it sleeps. We booked a low country boil and they did everything for us on property which was set up...
