"Very few amenities for high end hotel. Not even TV stations other than local. No spa, gyme closed until 9 am, poor service. "

"The hotel has great city location with a short walk getting you to many restaurants, bars and Las Ramblas. We primarily used the hotel, not because we had stayed before, but this time for its location to The Apolo music venue over the road. The hotel was clean, comfortable and seemed to be well maintained. The staff for check in and departure very efficient and friendly and approachable throughout the duration of our stay. "Hotel is def a 4 star. Rooms were cleaned everyday, spacious and comfy beds. Food was very good especially the fresh omelettes at breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone "

"The hotel has a nice lobby and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Outside there were two good size pools and a short walk away are two small but nice beaches. I found the music around the pool a bit too loud and even though there were lots of sun loungers they were quickly taken up. The apartments were well equipped and clean and the food options on the half board were good however you do have to pay for your drinks. Overall a pleasant hotel"
