"The A team wasn't on duty or, there was a failure on the Holiday Inn Express data information system. I got checked in, used the key card to get into my assigned room, and walked in on a man laying on the bed. It was very embarassing and made me very uncomfortable. I went to the lobby and explained the situation and was issued another room and key cards. I then was unable to sign onto the network because my room number hsd changed. "So when we pull up to the house, it looked a little different then the pictures. It had been painted white and I was not sure of the lay out. This could have been my apprehension from booking a property sometime ago on another site. But when we went in the place was great . The only complaint was that it smelled a little musty from probably being closed up for a few weeks after the usual lake season but once we opened a window and let the air circulate it was fine. Would highly recommend it ....

"The apartment was very clean and quiet during our stay. We enjoyed the walkability of all restaurants, shops, park and the Bridge in the Meridian District. We stayed Thursday- Monday morning and had no issues with noise or anything concerning. We really enjoyed our stay in the area!"
