"Pictures as of March 2024 depict a nice home in good condition with nice outdoor seating etc. - NOT ACCURATE - we experienced cockroaches, holes in couch, comforters and sheets, outside furniture gone or broken down. Dirty carpet in tree where hammock is depicted. I sent pictures to VRBO which they have acknowledged. I wish I could include pictures here. Unfortunately it was too late to find alternate accommodations immediately so we left first thing in the morning. This should be de-listed or...

"We had the pleasure of staying at the Seagrape Cottage last week. If you are looking for a simple, comfortable, and charming place to stay on Eleuthera, this is the place. No frills, but everything you need. Located in a nice neighborhood, pleasant neighbors, cool cemetery at the end of the road, and across the street from a beautiful beach. The locals were a delight. The Trip Planner provided by the owner was very helpful, a Valuable resource full of information and recommendations for visiting...

"Cute little house. Great location. I think the bed linens are all ready to be updated. Also, it’s nice that beach chairs are provided but they also need to be updated. Otherwise, it was good! "

"This is a very cute property. It is in third floor, but the exact flavor of the area I was looking for. The lady managing it was quick to respond to my needs and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I do not recommend it if you are overweight or have mobility issues. Otherwise…it’s perfect! Ac works good, overhead fan, greet hot shower!"

"Small but cute. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Property needs maintenance. Kitchen needs more cooking supplies. Restaurants on the island are very very expensive so eating at the cottage was a must for us. And it’s not a five minute walk to the beach!"
