"I was in a rush to airport after checking out, and Zack was very friendly and helpful. He loaded my luggage to the car and promised to help me ship a package to HK through Shunfeng. I appreciate his help and will come back to Marriott Marquis again next March to say thanks to Zack in person. "

"My husband really enjoyed our stay in Beijing. Hotel Kapok is centrally located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. About a 30-60 minute drive to PEK (depending on traffic) and 60-90 minute drive to the Great Wall Mutianyu. The hotel breakfast was really good and had a variety of options. Staff was helpful and friendly!"
