"First the positives; the property is on Lake Wilson with two docks (but no boat ramp). There was plenty of room for our group which consisted of six men all over 60. The property has a beautiful view and we enjoyed being close to Muscle Shoals. We were able to tie our boat to the dock and fished from the dock and on the boat. "Quiet and peaceful and a nice central location for us. We were there for 11 days for a softball tournament and just about anywhere we needed to go was no more than 10-15 minutes away. It’s right on the river with a balcony over the water. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and informative when I had questions about where to find things around town. "This Days Inn was clean and our room was recently remodeled. The room was small but functional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The motel has rooms on a busy street in the front, but they gave us a room in the back and it was quiet. It seemed a lot of out-of-town trades people were staying there - they went to bed early and got up and out early. We had breakfast and I felt it was as good as any of the Hilton properties that offer a free breakfast. I would stay at this property again."
