"This was our second stay at the Mews because we loved it so much the first time. It is the perfect, cozy refuge to enjoy the beautiful sights of Kilkenny. Mel is a wonderful hostess and was very prompt to respond to our questions and needs. A++"

Each day we drove to a different castle or locale.Even the Cliffs of Moher was a day trip. Roscrea village was close for groceries. Denise & Joe were very friendly, helpful, kind, & wonderful hosts. "This was a very lovely house, however there was an oil leak with a VERY STRONG ODOR !! This odor gave me a headache. The owner was aware of this problem because her son came over shortly after we arrived, said that they would get someone out to repair it but after 4 nights it was not repaired.. The electric tea kettle had so much red liquid sediment in it I was afraid to use it .. The liquid hand soap dispenser was almost empty in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was provided."

"We came to Kilkea to celebrate our anniversary and could not have been more pleased! From the moment we walked through the castle doors, the staff was gracious and friendly. Everyone remembered our names…so it certainly had a Cheers from Boston vibe! From the front desk, the spa, the dining, the historical grounds, and bartenders at The Keep, what more could we have asked for. We can’t wait to be back! "
