"Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise...

"I had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s a beautiful house and the staff keeps it absolutely clean. I love the Italian floor tiles. Gloria was a good host. Lianet the manager was excellent in communication and she speaks excellent English! Her tips about Havana were very helpful. Aleena and Daimara took excellent care of us. The breakfast was good but really expensive. There is an Ocean front area with nice restaurants just a couple of miles away. The center of Havana was about 15 minutes...

"The property was a taxi ride from the main area of Havana but taxis were organised very easily. the rooms and en suite bathrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. shower a bit temperamental but it didn't matter. The house was full of old and interesting artefacts and the main guy spoke really good English and was very helpful. breakfast seemed to be whenever we wanted it and was basically anything we wanted. Very good coffee! Our stay was overall excellent"
