"I really enjoyed the bliss atmosphere. The walks to different villas ( Balay, Samal and Mandaya). The idea of golf cart shuttle was great although I enjoyed walking. The massage/spa is ok. Food and staff perfect customer service. I wish the room price was not too expensive but thanks for the experience."

"Really nice resort on the water, but old and needs to be renovated. The air-conditioning wasn’t working very well in my room and it wasn’t cool enough. They came to check it but it didn’t do any good. I think the air-conditioning was just being repaired because there were people out in the hall working on it for two days banging and making a lot of noise. This is the second time I’ve stayed here, I would stay again. I think the air conditioning problem was something they will work out."

"The pinnacle is a good hotel but it used to be excellent . The staff are still excellent but its beginning to show its age like all other hotels do. The food on the nenu is excellent but the breakfast is limited. The biggest downside i found was the shower curtin. It had clearly seen better days and should have been replaced. Would i stay there again. I am doing."

"It is not Good. Nagbayad ko og booking sa Hotel na wala ga operate kay close pa gihapon na dismaya tawon me together with my family. There is no advisory but still in the apps available pa ang booking. Sa apps na ga book try to look first if the hotels are in operation before you publish in your apps. Thank you."
