"Excellent service from all staff ,only issue was the ladies toilets in lounge area didn’t flush properly,not very nice."

"Hotel was good, but a little tired, our only criticism was that our room never had a visit from house keeping on a daily basis, apparently you have to request it, unfortunately no one told us this. We would like to mention the receptionist, TRACEY who sorted a couple of problems we had efficiently and promptly, very pleasant throughout our stay "

"Overall good for an overnight stay, nothing exceptional, what you’d expect for a standard room. Only thing letting it down was a soiled hand towel, otherwise clean. "
