"HRM is a lovely, well-kept property that has clean, mid-range rooms in a fantastic location in San Miguel de Allende. it's not hyper-luxurious like the Rosewood, but it's a great family hotel with a lovely swimming pool. They are renovating at the moment, so the fitness center was closed. Their restaurant is okay (there are better options in town) but their staff is polite and highly professional. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The location was perfect for walking the old town and enjoying the Jardin Allende during the day, evening, and night. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and spoke in English and Spanish, which was great for me to practice my Spanish."
