"Hotel was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although we wanted to enjoy the great food of San Sebastian, when we did eat at the hotel it was reasonably priced and very good. It's quite a way from the old town but we enjoyed the walk and the bus service from right outside the hotel is excellent."

"The property was nice. But we booked it primarily to have a great pool to use. But the pool was very cold and the water is not heated in any way especially when the temperatures in San Sebastian are not that hot. The ocean water is much better and comfortable vs. the pool. Lack of easy grab and go food options in the morning as well. "
