"The property was advertised as having a kitchen. There were no pots, dishes, utensils and no hot pot. Couldn’t even boil water. The stove was gas and there was no way to light it. There were no towels in the bathroom. When we went to the desk we had to search for assistance and then we only got 2 towels for the 4 of us. "Bir gece konakladık. Görevli personel kibar ve ilgili idi. Otel genelde biraz eski olmasına rağmen temizlik konusunda iyi. Özellikle yatak çarşafları temizdi ve yatak rahattı.Halılar, bataryalar ve duş içi yenilenirse daha iyi olur düşüncesindeyim. Otopark olması tercihimizi etkiledi. Düzce küçük bir yer, otelden 5-10 dakikalık bir yürüyüşle merkeze ulaşılıyor. Ayrıca otelin altında, yanında da marketler bulunuyor. Sabah kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.
