I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too. "
