"Very convenient for the airport and shuttle came quickly when I called. Returning to the airport also easy with a shuttle every 30 mins. Room was very quiet, and I didn't hear people coming and going. Very comfortable stay. I was able to have a guide and driver pick me up here for some tours around Cairo. This seems to be the hotel that Egyptair use for transit passengers so there were plenty people coming and going but it ever seemed too busy and check-in for online bookings was dealt with separately and promptly. I ate at the main restaurant twice and both times it was very good. Shaima who served me in the restaurant was very polite and attentive. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. "

"It is an excellent resort, i visited with family teenagers and a young kid. We all loved the resort and especially the food :). The all inclusive food and drink are an awesome option. I loved the service especially Ahmed on reception helped us a lot. All people in the resort welcomed us all the time and provided what we needed. I will highly recommend it and will come back again. "

"The location of the property was great. Directly across the road from the giza plateau entrance which also allows for a good rooftop view. The staff is what made the experience at this property good. Kamal and Gamal were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed such as transport, tickets, tours, etc.. without any worries. They also made sure the correct uber was picking us up as the number plates are in arabic and there are several "ubers" and taxis waiting out front to find customers. The free freshly made falafel every morning for breakfast was also top notch."

"If you’re looking for a front row seat to the pyramids, this is it! The decor of the hotel is like a museum, you’ll be surrounded by Pharoes and walls in hieroglyphics. You’ll be greeted by the friendliest staff! Manaa at the front desk was super helpful, he went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! And Omar at the rooftop restaurant had a smile that will light up anyone’s day. Make sure you ask for them! Comfy, clean rooms, hot (very hot) water, a/c, complimentary water, and a breakfast buffet with so many options! I loved staying here so much that I booked an extra night. "

"Popular location with a lot of food 5 minute walking distance and other hotels. Staff were friendly and spoke english plus the bar uptop was nice. The only downside is that if your room is on the 3rd floor, under the bar. It will be difficult to sleep as you're hear a lot of chairs/table moving constantly but that's why i travel with earbuds to block the noise."
