"Our stay at the Hotel was wonderful from the time that we were welcomed to The Chester Grosvenor to the time we left. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the meals delicious. "

"The place is gorgeous, the staff are polite, the rooms are well kept. My only gripes are with the breakfast, and the pillows. With the exchange, I basically paid 60 for undercooked eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. Maybe I’m just foreign and that’s how they do eggs here, but it wasn’t edible. And the pillows are feather and I am a side-sleeper, which makes it very difficult to get comfortable.
