"All the resort staff we met were friendly, keen to help and knowledgeable. The resort Rangers were exceptional, we attended 5 guided walks and talks about K'gari's plants and animals and geology. Each Ranger was extremely knowledgeable about their subject matter, and communicated in a clear and engaging style with a wide range of people who attended the activities However, the general condition of the resort was less than expected, and bordered on being "tired". Money needs to be spent of...

"My only let down was the couple in the room next door smoking on their balcony non stop. I couldn't keep my door open otherwise it smelled like an ashtray. Certainly not the hotel's fault. "

"Although the toom was a great size. It felt a little dated. Only 1 dining chair to sit on. Nice view out on verandah of the water. Was woken up at 3am with loud banging noise that sounded like garbage bins getting emptied. Staff were fantastic.. Box of tissues in bathroom would of been nice.."

"Always a good hotel to stay, good area, pool, close to the beach and pier, clean, quiet, safe parking, cooking facilities!"
