The staff are fantastic, professional and friendly.The food ( we ate in the bar) is simple and lovley - breakfast amazing (dont like the new servers /counters tho so impractical) then the spa area - this is why we come back, jacuzzi and sauna brilliant as ever - pool a bit cold this week - please turn it up 😀"

"We were pleasantly surprised as wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Everything was as promised, room was large, clean, comfortable and warm. Little extras such as magnifying mirror, room spray and to go breakfast. Really would recommend and we would certainly stay again but for longer. Really lovely little gem! "

"The staff at reception were consistently friendly, helpful and generally brilliant. We requested to switch rooms for a lake view and they did everything to make this possible, meaning our second night was spent looking out across the water. Our dog was equally welcome and was treated to a cosy bed, blanket, bowl and plenty of treats! The area around the hotel is lovely, with very nice walks around the lakes. The room was clean, but we could easily hear the neighbours in both rooms we had. The...
