"Loved the location and amenities of this apartment! Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help. Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery. Really loved being able to do laundry as well. Highly recommend!!"

"Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "

"An excellent Villa, very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great, it has a deep part in the middle and is very shallow at one end which would suit paddling toddlers. We are a family of 7 and had loads of space in the Villa. The top floor bedroom can get very hot which wasn't a problem for us as only one of my children was sleeping in there. "We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"Great location! Lots of shopping and restaurants neaby. The hotel bar has great drinks and atmosphere. If your too lazy to leave, they also have great quick bites. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent amenities. The biggest 5 star rating about this hotel is the staff. They are fantastic. Very helpful and really nice to talk to. We changed our reservation to leave Vienna quicker than anticipated and are so thankful we did. To be honest, I thought I was going to go home disliking Austria because of the attitudes we faced in Vienna. Super grumpy unpleasant people no matter how friendly you are to them. We get along with anyone but my patience was tested in Vienna. Salzburg and the staff here turned it all around and we will happily come back to Salzburg. You will not go wrong with the NH hotels. The only downside, that may not be a downside for some, the beds are really hard in all NH hotels. We dont like them but the rest of the hotel is why we come back. Perhaps a pillow top menu would be a great option to provide? "

"We reached the hotel well before our check in time but were able to get our room early. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything we had to see was walkable, including the train station, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. I would recommend the hotel to any visitors to Salzburg."

"Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our check-in experience was exceptional with helpful directions and assistance with getting my wife's luggage to the room. At breakfast the staff were extremely attentive and the buffet was great. Room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."
