"Only issue was Room was very cold on arrival and blankets should be in rooms as overnight with the thin quilts in the bed we found to be cold during the night."

"We arrived early and asked to leave our luggage whilst we went out for the day. Staff were very helpful, allowing us to check into our room much earlier. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It’s in a great location. "

"Very friendly staff. My room was 2 floors up (28 steps) - not a problem for me, but there was no lift. Great central location, 15 minutes walk from the station, or a 2 stop bus ride. Excellent TV with apps allowing catch up, or watch from start if programme started (nearby chain hotel should take note). Very good breakfast. WiFi a bit flakey at top where I was, but not a real problem (might be if wanting to stream video). Room a bit "tired" but I've seen much worse. I don't think there's private...

Feel like I am in someone's big house. walk downstairs to an excellent breakfast. come back after a long day out and grab a beer at the warm and friendly pub. Nothing around comes close."

"Great place to stay. Easy access to bus services all around the island. It was very cold whilst we were here and the unit had a great heating system throughout. Beds were comfortable and 3 of us each had a bedroom. We got a deal that was amazing value for money. Fully recommend."
