"Great place to stay if you’re in Amherst to visit UMass. You’re right on campus and the UMass store is one floor down as well as the food court. "

"Everything perfect except please note on Expedia or your own website or even at checkin at the very least that there is major maintenance work going on. Woke up at 8:45am to the sound of extremely loud banging and sawing coming from outside. And lasted all morning. "

"This was a one-night stay for a family gathering and a place to relax for an hour before going to bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable, the coffee good, and the breakfast reasonably good. (I appreciated that there were both 2% and skim milk.) We suggest that you place two chairs in your standard queen rooms for those, like us, who prefer sitting in a chair rather than the bed to read or watch TV."

"What is not to love about being welcomed into Richard and Ruth’s home. They are wonderful hosts and spent hours talking to us both during our stay. The house is an amazing building and learning about its history was wonderful. We walked into the tiny town and got some dinner, lovely options available. We can not wait to visit again and will be recommending anyone travelling around this area should certainly book a stay."

"This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...
