"The Hyatt is a nice clean and safe place. Around the corner there is a train that takes you to the city. And if you walk around the corner to the right about a 5 minute walk there is a super market and a few restaurant options. It’s 5 minutes to the airport in a taxi."

"The hotel was wonderful. Because I booked through hotels.com/expedia, I was unexpectedly treated by the hotel. My room was upgraded, I was given a credit for 25 euros toward food, and I was offered late check out. It was a kind and appreciated gesture. I did get a hot stone massage at the spa, which was lovely. I spent some time in the sauna, although I was suprised it was co-ed. I also enjoyed an Afternoon Tea Service, which was delicisious. Lastly, a friend and I sat at the bar on Saturday night and were left alone by the staff to have a long conversation. It was nice to just sit and not feel rushed. "

"I thought that the hotel is a tiny bit isolated - I walked .75km from the S-Bahn. However, their shuttle service to the airport (both terminals) is excellent."

"The hotel was good but I booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. Which according to online they have, but come to find out when we get there, there is no longer an airport shuttle. "

"This hotel is only a few min walk from the gate. Great restaurant in the hotel. There is a full stocked grocery store a few min walk to grab a drink or snack. Great customer service. "
