"Every thing was perfect except for the stone hard bed. "

"Overall for a short stay this was a hotel that met my requirements. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was very good (I bought ad-hoc tickets for it, didn’t plan to eat there in the mornings), there was a accessible games room with coin operated games machines and there was a mini-mart in the hotel itself. Downside was the immediate area around the hotel, quiet and run-down. Little shops or eateries, though there is on small eatery right beside the hotel outside the games...

"Nice LARGE hotel. We were there in the winter for the onsen. Many Chinese tourists. Buffet was good. The onsen large and nice to explore, albeit arcanish (some Roman influence 😛). Many pools to explore wide wide range in temperatures). Overall a good place to stay. The bus runs from the JR station to in front of the hotel, could be difficult with large luggage or get a taxi (about $15). One night ok. Maybe 2. "

"Stayed in this hot spring hotel for 2 nights. The hotel location is great! The condition of this hotel is slightly out of date, the lift is quite small and old. The room itself is spacious. However, found that the light setting in the room can be improve (a bit dark for me). Hot spring's view on level 8 is beautiful! The buffet was great with plently of choice. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed to our accommodation. We were originally booked for two nights, but extended our stay due to the lovely amenities and helpful staff. The front desk staff went above and beyond; Ito-san helped us with booking a restaurant, and Ishigami-san helped us with extending our stay. The breakfast is amazing - we made kaisendon almost everyday, and the restaurant staff were so polite. We loved...
