"The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!"

"Check in process was not great as the afternoon front desk attendant at the time gave a poor reflection of the property. Attendant was not friendly to new guests. Disappointed at the level of service provided. However, staff encountered throughout the remainder of the stay was accommodating and polite.
