"Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...

"Meticulously cleaning and comfortable. Yes there is scaffolding but we booked at weekend, so no workmen around. It wasn't a problem as it was for updating the exterior of the hotel. "

"Lovely property, spacious studio appartment that is well placed for city and port. Had a lovely shower and my daughter appreciated the half bath too. The sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable but as we were only there for one night it was manageable. "

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

"Lovely 2 bedroom property with a rustic feel in an urban location. Although on the outskirts of St Malo the old town is only a 25 minute walk away. There is a patisserie and a Carrefour City at the top of the road along with plenty of other interesting shops. The only down side is that car parking is a bit hit and miss. "Property was perfect for us. Plenty of room including a bedroom and wc downstairs and an enclosed garden for our dog. The house is in a good neighbourhood I think. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. We walked to the shops each day only about 10 minutes to the supermarket and we walked to the sea too fairly easily. The only...

"The complex and pool were lovely. The 3-bedroomed apartment was basically a 2-bedroomed with a bunk bed placed in the entrance hall. This is fine if you've got older children, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with younger children sleeping there. Very clean and had everything we needed, except the listing on VRBO states that there are towels provided. We were told on check in that this wasn't the case. There is also no hairdryer, washer, dryer. Well I didn't find them if they were there...

"We have stayed in this apartment before so we knew what to expect. The small patio is a bonus but this time we brought our own chairs as we don’t find those provided very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable but it is very warm up there~ we were glad of the fan. We found the Wi-Fi to be rather inconsistent ( not sure if it was like this before). Amazing place

"It was amazing.every thing exceeded my expectations.but what makes my day was Chloe.s she went the extra mile and helped me with my bus ticket problem.with her beautiful smile and genuine laughtershe called me to check that everything is okay and that the problem is solved.And made the stay so pleasant.That is the reason I will come back.also the location is very good ,the staff is very friendly and nothing to complain about really.I love it."

"I chose this hotel because of the close vicinity to train station two minutes away when visiting St Malo. The bus station is also close by making it very convenient when we visited Mt Saint Michel. Accommodations were very nice and if they had a mini-frig and microwave, this would have been perfect. The property was well maintained and if I had any other recommendations, it would be to replace the carpeting but otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for others that do not want to be near city center."
