"Friendly staff and close to the gondola are the best things I can say about this place. Pretty expensive for what you get, but not surprising given the limited number of hotels in Gulmarg. I think they had cancellations since the snow was lacking, so the hotel was nearly empty... which is one of the reasons I think they never really turned the heat on! Each night I'd ask, and each night I was told that it would be on shortly. But the radiators in the room were always cold to the touch. They did...

"The rooms are too small for even a couple & a child but otherwise, spotlessly clean. Overall hospitality needs an uplift as I found the staff a little 'crude'. The warmth that we are used to in the Indian hospitality industry was nowhere to be seen but functional for sure. "
