"ALL staff went above and beyond to greet us, smile and always ask if they could assist us. It is an older Resort but for the age we felt it wasn't that bad."

"They do their big one at RIU Palace, Montego Bay, and Reggae. The whole trip to Montego Bay in itself was top tier. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell that they love what they do! An amazing experience and I will definitely be back!"

"I went with my partner and teenage niece and nephew! It was an 8 out of 10 and I'd go again. I am giving it an 8 because the specialty restaurants book before you get there. I also had to pay an extra two hundred to be closer to my niece and nephew, so they were not on the other side of the resort, even though we were booking with two rooms. Wouldn't it make sense to keep the rooms with the same booking and last name together! The food was great the entertainment throughout the day and night was great and I loved that there was always an adult and kid option! "
