"The balcony room at the newer The Okura Heritage is stunning, with the best of amenities. The staff is hit and miss, while some are old school polite, many of them gave me the impression they did not like American guests, as the responded quite differently to the Japanese guests. The breakfast is slightly below average with limited options. I absolutely savor Japanese cuisine and found the recommended set menu at the Yamazato restaurant quite laking.
