"My check in would have been perfect but the room key didn’t work. After several attempts my room was finally switched it wasn’t properly turned over so I had to do a clean up myself. The staff was great the first was room was immaculate/clean smelled nice. Second room not so much, I’d stay here again. "

"The onsite bar was fantastic and the bar tender Donna was great! It was very nice after a long day of driving to come to a hotel that was warm and comfortable. I booked via a third party site as we were traveling and was the easiest option. Now come to find out that I cannot earn points from booking in a third party site. That doesn’t seem fair and Bonvoy site is more expensive. Bonvoy policy does not change my mind about this hotel, it was clean and the staff were excellent. "

"Running from Cat 4 Hurricane Milton. It was the last room available, so we were pleasantly surprised that the room was so clean and comfortable! We did not arrive till after 1am but the clerk called somewhere around midnight to make sure we were still coming! It was nice to be assured our room would be available when we finally got there!!!"
