"Room is clean and tidy. Foods around the hotel are expensive. There a G25 (minimart) that you can buy not so expensive stuff. There are many interesting places to visit in this area but you need a car to go to this places. And there a place inside Theme Park that you can rent Hanbok and get a 20% discount if you staying in Shinhwa hotel."

"It has nice garden and ocean view but there are only two always emptied restaurants so I needed to go out for dinner or drinks. Regarding amenities, there are only shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. There is not bath towel which is basic item. :("

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended...

"Overall very good but pool was not open and gaming area was not functioning. Also tv service was not user friendly or English programing for guests. Be aware there's no shuttle service available to airport or shopping areas "

"Perfect for families - 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an all in one washer/dryer (although the dryer is not effective but a large drying rack is available) The area itself is walkable to the water/theme park and mall with a lot of restaurants. Great location and would stay here again! "
