"The room is spacious. However, the staff is not so helpful. We requested them to make a reservation at a restaurant serving crabs and they said it's fully booked. But when we went there to ask, there were tables available. Also when we arrived, we were asked to park at a carpark 2 blocks from the hotel. We noted there was a carpark right at the hotel building. We tried asking the reception if we could park our car at hotel and she said there is height restriction. However, I don't think my car was over the limit. "

"The hotel was very convenient.If you arrive early the hotel will hold your luggage. The room was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The room was clean. The Japanese breakfast had many items to choose from. If you’re not going around in a car this hotel is great and before the hotel from the station, the tourist information office is there. The Biei tourist office runs a tour bus around Biei twice a day. Also get your train and bus schedules. The trains comes every 2 hours after the summer season, so you have to time yourself wisely. "
