"Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Entry to reception looks old and corridors to rooms are dark and old too. Once inside the room, it is comfortable and clean although carpet is a bit old. Simple breakfast of 1 hard-boiled egg, bread, cheese, jam, free flow of tea. No coffee but u have coffee sachets and tea sachets and boiler in room. There is no aircon nor fan but outside was cool -so not really need aircon. If u open the window can hear sound of cars. The mosque is quite loud....

"High on the hill, it was a great view down over town to the sea. It was a reasonable walk to town with a lot of steps. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a good price and good value."

"We have no complaints. The hotel is adequate and acceptably comfortable. It's no-frills, but offers enough comforts. The location is good--just a quick walk across a footbridge to the main beach, but far enough away to be quiet. The service was fine. We would book here again if we return to Cide."
