He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. We kept communicating with him via Whatsapp and Vrbo, and he answers whenever we have inquiries.The 2 connected rooms we lived in can accommodate a total of 3 people.
