"The staff was amazing. I lost my keys and they were so supportive and showed they truly cared. They shuttled me and the student I was chaperoning where we needed to go until someone turned in my keys.They felt like a family away from family. "My family and I came in for family matters. We stayed in separate rooms and none of us had one negative thing to say. If anything we couldn’t stop raving about the place. I am a neat freak and both rooms were phenomenal. The staff was absolutely fantastic and a delight to be around. Would highly recommend this hotel and the ladies to anyone and everyone. I wish movie hotels were like this as I often travel. The pictures don’t do it justice and originally I skeptical because of them. So glad I decided to book those rooms for my family during a difficult time. The ladies and staff definitely made everyone laugh and put us at ease while still having a good time."

"There was a soap dispenser, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers but all were empty. There were coffee cups in the room but no coffee machine. The couch had a dirty pull-out bed. The staff was nice, you have to check in in the Best Western, but you don't get the breakfast they serve."
