Note that this is not a 5 star, westernized resort. This is dining under the stars. No WiFi or TV in the room so you can unplug or go to the reception area for urgent messages. "

"This is a beautiful lodge located about 17 km from the Anderson Gate of Etosha National Park. The chalets are clean and cozy and the beds are quite comfortable. The walk-in showers and water pressure are excellent. The meals served in the lodge restaurant are buffet-style, with many selections. I found the food and selections, as well as the drinks offered by the bar, to be exceptional! The views from the lodge balcony during the day, but especially at night (moon and stars), are stunning. The lodge offers morning, afternoon, and full-day game drives to and in Etosha, and the guides are wonderful hosts. We saw a lot of wildlife during game drives on two separate days, especially on the western side of the park. I would definitely stay at this lodge again and plan to return in the future. The value you get for your money is excellent."

"A lovely, peaceful place to stay. Corné was very attentive, and we enjoyed talking to him about Namibia. Wildlife came close to our lodge. Meals were very tasty and wholesome. We opted for a barbecue on the hilltop at sundown. It was beautifully set up for our evening, and we had good food and conversation with Corné and Cindy. We felt very well looked after."

"Super special camping site with access to swimming pool to cool off in hot afternoon sun. Watched sunset from small rock hill located near campsite. Really well thought out campsite with private toilet and shower. Showered under the stars, what an experience! Best campsite in Namibia that we stayed at. Very special place. "
