"It’s good for its price, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is not a luxury but it’s very comfy and has all of the accommodations including the kettle with the tea, blow dryer, toothbrush with a toothpaste, flippers, and of course anything that is supposed to be included."

"We stayed 1 night at this hotel in May 2024. The Plaza Hotel Bishkek was a good place to stay in Bishkek. It’s directly across from a soccer stadium and also across from a major park. There are many restaurants within walking distance. City center and government buildings are all nearby."

"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Overall very unorganized, Not recommended. "
