"We rented this because our future inlaws have a river house that they go to for the holidays. The close proximity to their house (15 minutes) was convenient. The property was well maintained and we actually saw a herd of deer from our bedroom window. We did not take full advantage of the outdoor bar and seating area but it was a nice plus. We definitely will book this place again. Our host Angela King was available to answer any questions and made our stay very comfortable. "

"We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!"
