"The house was exceptionally beautiful and in traditional keeping with the Mani architecture. Extremely quiet and remote with fabulous views. Great exploring and the most important for us was the wild flowers - exceptional in April. The house is very cosy and well equipped and even broadband is available despite it's remoteness. "This is a perfect holiday home for a family group. There was rooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. The welcome breeze off the mountains, the owners advice on keeping windows and shutters closed in the day, and the floor fans absolutely did the job of keeping us comfortable in 38C heat. "This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. "We came in with our kids and grand kids and we enjoyed the villa immensely. The view from the villa is breath taking. We enjoyed the well maintained and quite large pool and the short drives to the nearby beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking, which we did twice, and the taverns in the near village are excellent. All and all it was a memorable family gathering. Night and day the view was stunning.We all enjoyed the pool especially as there was a heatwave the first couple of days.We had to use fans at night and when we let property manager know one wasn't working another one was provided.Would love to go back to explore the area more, a week was not enough."
