"Lovely holiday home in a fantastic location - walk out of the gate onto the Garrigue & look at the Marina, walk less than 5 minutes for fantastic views of old Gruissan, the salt flats & the Med. Very well equipped house, lovely outdoor area with garden furniture, totally secure for pets."

This was inaccurate. There are two small bedrooms and seating inside and out only catered for 4 people. This made the holiday very cramped. "Proche de la mer, (50metres a pied... avec 40metres de plage 😀) belle piscine securisé, barbecue. Petit plus, la douche extérieure pratique pour le retour de plage. Stationnement facile devant la maison. La maison est de plus bien équipée, rien a redire de cette villa. Quelques aménagements a revoir, notamment une chambre avec lit en hauteur mais perte de place, et la salle de bain de l'étage accessible par une chambre... mais cest juste pour chipoter."

"We enjoyed our visit to Narbonne and the area. The gite was clean and tidy, but there was mis-communication between the owner and ourselves regarding a few items. Although VRBO state that the owner speaks English, this was not really the case. VRBO also stated in the literature that towels and bedding were included. They were not, and we had to pay extra. "It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "

"Château le Bouïs is a truly spectacular gem of a winery and property outside of Narbonne in the Occitania region of southern France. Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce. Restaurant is gorgeous over looking the vineyard with an excellent range of cuisines. We stayed in the La Suite D'Hortense with a rooftop terrace overlooking the area...stay but be prepared as this is an old building and no elevator on the 2nd floor you will be rewarded with incredible views. Suite has a second bedroom and bathroom great for a family... just duck when you enter... :) Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular... Staff were courteous at each interaction but be prepared as most know very little English ... don't miss out on this rewarding experience. "
