"A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again, given the opportunity."

"Lovely clean property, the children really enjoyed the games. We were very pleased with the little extras that the owners have available like tea & coffee. 40 mins from Alton Towers was very handy with a Tesco enroute so we could get any bits we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future when in the area. "

"Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "

"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

"Access to the property was well communicated by the host. The host did a good work regarding the cleanliness of the property. Nice environment, although the washand basin was leaking which possibly the host might not be aware about, I sincerely cannot fault this property. "

A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

"My partner and I stayed here Saturday through to Sunday to watch Craig David at the BP pulse live. After doing a bit of research so glad we stayed at the Hilton. Upon arrival, parking was very easy to navigate. We checked in and was informed to book dinner reservations and swimming pool reservations which I think helped us secure on the Sunday a swimming slot at 10 o’clock, which was a perfect time and not many people were using their facilities. We was not able to book into their restaurant for dinner, but we went to the nearby restaurants close to BP pulse live venue. We stayed in room 4097 and was overlooking the car park very nice room the bed was amazingly comfy, and stylish. Parking is £16 for overnight stays. Staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing . A large variety of options . All the coffees hot chocolate juices . Cooked breakfast, porridge, cereals and Pastries. Stylish decor throughout and very pleased we stay at the Hilton for our weekend getaway. We used the pool the following day on check out and had full use of the steam room, sauna,pool and jets . Manage to get a sun lounger and was very relaxed afterwards. The only point I’d recommend them adding was shampoo and conditioner as they didn’t have these in the showers just body wash which was lovely Crabtree brand smells amazing! Part from that had hair dryers and towels to use for free . Would recommend and stay again. "
