"This property should be 4* at a minimum. Fabulous location overlooking Lake Como with stunning views, nestled away in the hill side of Cernobbio. The room was a great size. Bedside lighting which provides for a cosy retreat in the evening. Bathroom was perfect and great shower. I really couldn’t ask for more. I dined in the restaurant below in the evening and had some authentic, delicious food, served by incredibly hospitable waiters. Breakfast in the morning had a range of pastries ,...

"Such a quiet modern retreat , small in size maybe but it’s the perfect retreat with a heavenly view. The standard of staff and service is very high. Highly recommended "

"The staff were great and the hotel has big rooms! The only thing is that the prices for a water (CHF 4) AND breakfast (CHF 35/person) are way expensive. You better eat somewhere else. ;)"

"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."
