"Very quiet location, our apartment was well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the fridge was little bit too noisy. It did not bother me as I was too tired, but woke my husband up few times. The owner lady was very nice and helpfull. Overall pleasant stay, we would book again in the future."

The owners responded immediately to any questions and were so helpful.....providing me with antiseptic and bandages when I had a fall, going to a nearby restaurant and helping us order since I don’t speak German and generally being very pleasant and friendly. "A tall modern hotel near the train station - it is one stop more or less on a tram from the train station, and close enough to walk unless you have oppressive amounts of baggage. Nice breakfast, but not much in the way of dining around that I saw. There was a Lidl across the street where you can get inexpensive food to eat in your room. Downtown Wuerzburg is a few stops away on the tram to the Juliuspromenade stop. The 4 stop ticket for 1.50 euros will cover that. "

"The manager Filip was very kind and knowledgeable! The dining experience was absolutely superb. If I could give more stars, I would. He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

Villa Mittermeier Hotellerie & Restaurant

"We were greeted by the staff member who was very sweet and walked us through the lobby and restaurant, as well as the after hours entry just so we could find our way. In addition, it’s a very easy walk to the town center and very convenient. They also provided a treat for my dog which she loved. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return."

"Situated just outside the entrance to the old town, the hotel is very conveniently located. The rooms are clean, and overall the location is very quiet. The breakfast buffet was yruly astounding and filled with many delicious options from cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, bacon, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Fantastic old properly but with modern features. Some old hotels show signs of age but the owners of the Eisenhut have made sure that things are clean and new without spoiling the charm of a century’s old building . Brilliant location , very attentive staff. No cons at all with the hotel, but for info don’t follow set nav when Christmas markets are on , all surrounding roads around the hotel are blocked off . So it may be better asking for the car park location and parking first as this is outside of the no car zone and easily accessible. "

"A very nice hotel located only a few minutes walk from the center of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and definitely worth buying or adding on as an option when you book. Parking was easy and spacious. The hotel was very clean (apart from the shower head that had a lot of mineral build up which I cleaned off myself to improve the water pressure in the shower). Located right across the road from a school but we didn't experience any noise problems at all. It's centrally located in a safe area and withing easy walking distance to the main town square. Would we stay here again? Most definitely yes! A very nice hotel providing every amenity we needed."
