"The price for the room and the beds were the only good things about our stay. The staff does not speak English at all, not even reception. At the spa the girl there did not understand the words swimming pool or towel, quite bad and impossible to communicate, then afterwards they wanted to charge us for tue swimming cap without telling first about it. "The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service.
