"The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available."

Propreté dans sont jus de campagne pas très gênant vu le contexte. En revanche aucune porte ne ferme surtout les toilettes. Le personnel en revanche est vraiment accueillant et sympathiques. "

"A fantastic stay, started by then extremely hospitable hosts inviting us into their home for a beer/ soft drink to get everything arranged. Our 2 children loved the experience of staying in a real tree house. We unfortunately didn’t have time to make use of Yves pool as offered but the grounds and animals made for a lovely stay. The whole thing was topped off by a fantastic breakfast provided in a basket that Yves delivered to us and lifted up to the treehouse with a pulley system. It was filled...

"The hotel is located far from city and the look can make you make you half turn and go back. You catch the motorway A81 in less than 5 mins. However when you enter the hotel, talk to the staff, get into your room, toilet and order for dinner then you do appreciate your choice of coming here. The staff are nice service oriented and without any manners. I was given room on the zero floor which was fine. Bed was good, space was 3 star normal size and staff was great by putting a bed for our kid...
