"I gave a 4 star rating because I self-parked. When I was leaving the garage to head home it required the ticket that I was given when getting to the hotel-$42 per 24 hours. I saw where it said scan room key to exit. My wife had not turned in her key and we saw the scan barcode area. If we had not had that we would have been charged double for parking because we did express checkout. Just make sure you don’t get charged double!"

"I stayed one night on the fourth floor, every time I had to go down the elevator has a defect... the door opens again even though there is no one blocking the entrance or knocking from outside, the door closes (to go down to the 1st floor) and the door opens again, two or three times and you have to force the door to close with the "close" button and that is annoying and wastes time going down.
