The bedroom we had was amazing and had everything you need including a huge jacuzzi!!! Perfect place to enjoy the town of Verteuil sur Charente. Fresh eggs included in great breakfast. "We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."

"We stayed for 2 nights in October. The mobile home was basic but perfectly adequate - the only downside was the lack of mugs/tea cups - only tiny espresso cups! The campsite is very well maintained and the walk around the lake is beautiful. We would certainly return if we wanted to stay in the area in the future."

"The good: In general terms, this hotel was comfortable, clean and pleasant, with a nicely decorated if a little tired and slightly small, room. Breakfast was good, staff were always friendly and helpful with one hiccup noted below. There was a restaurant, but we coudn't use it because one night it was shut and the other because it was full.
